Is there a free trial for the Professional plan?+
Yes. Once your credentials are verified, you get a 14-day trial of the full Professional plan at no cost. No credit card required to start the trial.
Can I downgrade after upgrading?+
Yes. You can downgrade at any time from your account settings. Your plan continues until the end of the current billing period and then reverts to Free.
Do my clients need to pay?+
No. Clients follow your program through their own AchvMate account, which can be on the Free plan. You control how they access your content.
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual invoicing is available for Professional accounts on request.
Is there an annual discount?+
Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 20% compared to month-to-month. The option is presented at checkout.
